POP!

Everyone has been telling me that one day I will just "pop" and there will be no denying that I am pregnant. Well, I think that happened this week!  I woke up yesterday feeling a little more round and heavy.  I squeezed on my favorite green pants (thank you, belly band!) and a small-ish tshirt and headed off to work.  Once I got there an jaws starting falling to the floor I knew that Baby Greene had decided to grace us with his/her presence. It is a welcomed sight and I can't wait to feel baby kicks along with my growing belly.  Here is a picture I snapped yesterday while at work.  You be the judge!

15 Weeks

How far along? 15 Weeks

Month: June 2012

Baby is as big as a: Apple

Total weight gain: 5-6 lbs

Maternity clothes? I have purchased a few items, but I am still able to get away with my dresses and can even wear my regular pants with a belly band!

Stretch marks? no, and I hope they stay far, far away!

Sleep: Sleeping okay... Still trying to stay off of my back and finding it very hard to sleep on my left side. Also, with being surrounded by a fortress of pillows each night and having a husband and 2 dogs in the bed things are getting a little cramped!

Best moment this week: Heard the baby's heartbeat at the doctor and she said everything sounds perfect :) 

Food cravings: French Fries and Mozzarella sticks

Missing: deli meat! 

Anything making you queasy or sick: Feeling pretty great!

Gender: We find out on July 30th!  Dr. is thinking boy and so am I, but everyone else is saying girl.  It will be a long wait to find out!

Symptoms: Headaches and sciactic nerve is killing me.  But I'm not complaining :)

Belly Button in or out? innie, but I feel like it is barely hanging on.  

Mood: Great!  A little weepy at times, but I chalk it up to hormones.

Exercise: walking... going to attempt to get back into Zumba soon.

Looking forward to:  Finding out the gender!  And our babymoon in July to Turks and Caicos!

Baby Makes 3!

Pretty Crazy to think that in just 6 short months we will have a brand new addition to our family.  We have wished and prayed to be blessed with a child and I am overwhelmed with happiness over this new blessing.  Can't wait to share this wonderful journey with all of our family and friends.  It is sure to be a fun ride!
