- He absolutely loves his baby brother and proudly says "That's my brudder".
- Counts to 30 when he feels like it, but most of the time stops around 14 and celebrates with a "YAYYY!"
- Sings his ABCs in the cutest way every and repeats some letters and I love it so much.
- Turtle is "Turble"
- He loves to yell "Yisten to me!" and the other day in the car, he turned it into a song, singing "Listen to me, listen to me mama and daddy". He gets the singing from his dad, who if you know him well, loves to sing anything and everything he is reading and saying. ha!
- The other day he was poking at Hudson's feet and saying "Huddd'ys feet are SO cute, mama!"
- He loves playing hide and seek and closes his eyes so tight (for approximately 5 seconds) before he runs to find you.
- He is constantly asking "What are you dooonin (doing)?" I love it so much the way he says it. He has started saying it correctly the past few days and I not-so-secretly miss the way he was saying it before.
- If I ask if he is sleepy he will answer with "no, I fine. I awake". He loves to answer "no, I fine" whenever we ask him to do something he doesn't want to do.
- He ALWAYS is asking "why" for everything, and recently I asked him "Why?" and he responded with "because I said so". I'm in trouble.
- Jack caught his first fish this month and went on his first boat ride. Papa in Florida bought the family a pontoon boat and it is being kept on Lake Anna. It has been so much fun and Jack loves fishing with daddy and Pop!
- Jack is obsessed with animals! We have been taking trips to the park and went to the Richmond zoo this month. He is always asking to "go see animals!!".
- Jack can identify all of his letters and make their sounds. He can also identify numbers (1-10). He loves playing with his letter and number toys and showing off his skills.
- Jack is still loving anything involving water! He is always playing in the sprinkler and even dove into the lake from a float and thought it was hilarious and so fun! He is a little fish.
- Peeing on the potty at school and lots at home. Still wearing diapers but we are starting to transition to big boy underwear and plan to dedicate a long weekend in the next couple of weeks to get him potty trained.
- We are also moving him to a big boy bed.
Lots of huge changes and things happening for our Jack and it is so bittersweet watching him grow so quickly. It is such a fun adventure with him and we cannot get enough!
